0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week)

Salary £22,401 p.a pro rata plus pension and expenses

Are you passionate about supporting individuals and groups to deliver effective community-based peer support opportunities?

Merthyr and the Valleys Mind is developing a Peer Support Hub across Merthyr, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend.

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and committed individual to coordinate and deliver a schedule of training, networking and learning events as part of Merthyr and the Valleys Mind’s Peer Support Hub. You will also be responsible for coordinating a small grants scheme for local community groups/organisations.

This is an exciting role that will be improving the capacity of individuals and community-based organisations to lead peer support activity within Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend.

In return for your passion and commitment, you’ll have access to 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata and access to Merthyr and the Valleys Mind’s pension scheme.
